twitter suspension update

After 2 months of loops and madness, I made a post on linkedin aboud the situation.
The day after a friend mentioned hearing about a person stuck in a similar loop, getting suspended randomly over and over. Eventually he decided to write an appeal in Hindi, and that seemed to solve the problem.

I figured I might as well try, so I did the same thing, and barely 2 hours later my account was unsuspended and since then I haven’t suffered a single suspension or issue.
My theory is that given the intricacies of various languages, certain tickets are routed to actual humans that then look at and deal with the tickets, instead of the heavily automated slopified system I was stuck in.

my first sticker designs

Back in 2024 when attending my first cybersecurity conference I was reminded that stickers are fun, I already had a little collection that I’d gotten from various sources over the years, however with the surge of AI i decided to generate a few images to turn into stickers and personal merch.

I still can’t draw for the life of me, but I did start making my own designs from scratch rather than using AI, here are the results from that first round of designs:

uwu-undeground bootleg hoodie v1

A couple of years ago, shortly after getting to know UwU-Underground I was inspired to make some bootleg merch, so I checked with the gals and got their permission. I came up with a few different designs, but only one made to production.

UwU-Underground

This is the design that made it to production, only two exist, one for my wife and one for myself, so if you ever see it at a convention, either we got robbed…or its us!
Come say hi!

twitter suspension loop from hell

I’ve been on Twitter / X since late 2023, I made two accounts, one for work / work related things and one for gaming and general geekery.

In the beginning I wasn’t very active on either account, but eventually I stumbled over UwU-Underground while on my gaming account. Since cyber security is my hobby as well as my line of work, I gave them a follow and thanked them for their inspirational and very educational music and soon found myself in their community. Over time I made many friends and connections in the cyber security field and most of them connected with me on my gaming account.

Eventually I decided to fight the slop a bit and removed my gaming account but kept my @hoelihodet account, and after a little over a year in hiatus I decided to be more active. This was in June this year (2026), and thats when the fun began…
